"Looks great in my room"
I really like it, the style looks clean and modern but not like too fancy or anything. It fits my room good and I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Surprisingly easy to shop"
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy afw.com was to use. The pages loaded fast, the search worked well, and I found the couch I wanted without having to click around forever. Checkout was simple too, which made the whole experience painless.

"Couch arrived damaged and I expected a bit more"
I ordered a couch from afw.com, and when it arrived, it had a big scratch on one side and a small tear near the bottom. The delivery guys were friendly, so no issue there, but I didn’t notice the damage until after they had already left.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and the solution they offered wasn’t really what I was hoping for. The couch is still usable, but it’s frustrating to pay full price for something that shows up damaged, and I was expecting at least a proper apology

"Easy Online Order, NO DRAMA"
I ordered a sofa on AFW it was easy. The site loaded fine, checkout wasn’t confusing, and I got the confirmation email right away. The delivery options were clear too, which I really appreciated. The only thing was I had to double-check the color photos a couple times, but overall it went REALLY smooth and I’d definitely use it again

I had to use the warranty on a sofa I bought from AFW, and honestly... the process was okay, but not the smoothest. The first call was a little confusing, and I ended up having to explain the issue more than once.

They did eventually send someone out, and the problem got taken care of, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected... not a bad experience, just kind of slow

I bought a sofa from AFW about a year ago, and uh, it’s held up better than I expected. The cushions are still firm and the frame still feels solid. The fabric has a little pilling in the spots we sit the most, but it’s nothing too bad. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a bed frame from afw.com and decided to add the assembly service. The guys showed up within the window, got it put together quickly, and even cleaned up the boxes afterward. There was maybe a tiny bit of back-and-forth figuring out where to place everything, but nothing I’d complain about. Overall it was super easy, and I’m really glad I didn’t try to tackle it myself.

"Packaging was really solid"
I ordered from afw.com and overall I was happy with how everything arrived. The shipping box had a few scuffs on it, which I guess is kind of expected, but thankfully everything inside was packed really well.

All the pieces had foam and wrapping where they needed it, and I didn’t notice any scratches or dents. It did take a little extra time to unpack everything, but I’d rather deal with that than have something show up damaged. Good experience overall.

I stopped by hoping to grab my go-to stuff, but pretty much everything I already know I like was out of stock again. At this point my brain just takes the shortcut of assuming I won’t find it there, which is kind of frustrating.

I ordered a gray sofa and somehow ended up with a beige one instead. Not exactly what I was expecting lol. I contacted support and they did get it fixed, but it Took a bit longer than I hoped. Overall, it was handled, just kind of annoying in the Moment

"Pretty couch, but my comfort dreams were crushed"
Okay, the couch does look really nice, so I was fully prepared to fall in love with it and never leave my living room again. But comfort-wise? It’s just kind of okay. The cushions felt great for the first week, and then suddenly they started feeling a bit too firm for me, which felt like a personal betrayal. It’s not awful or anything, I’m still using it, but it’s definitely not the super cozy cloud situation I had dramatically imagined

I ordered a dresser from afw.com, and it got delivered faster than I expected. They gave me a delivery window and showed up near the beginning of it, so I didn’t have to sit around waiting all day.
I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking was a little confusing at first, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. But once the delivery was set, everything went smoothly, and overall I’m happy with how fast and easy it was.

I ordered this from AFW, it showed up just like it was described. The color, size, and little details matched the photos and info on the site really well. I always get nervous buying furniture online because you never know if it’s going to look different in person, but there were no weird surprises at all. My only regret is that I waited so long to get it. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would trust their descriptions again.
